1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Tastelys, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Tastelys is a platform that allows food creators to publish recipes, build an audience, and monetize their content through subscriptions. Users can discover creators, follow them, and access both free and premium recipe content.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your account and password
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Creator Terms

If you are a creator on Tastelys, you additionally agree to:

Only publish original content or content you have rights to use
Provide accurate descriptions of your recipes
Respond to subscriber inquiries in a timely manner
Comply with all applicable food safety guidelines in your content
Not engage in misleading or deceptive practices

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Creators set their own subscription prices. Subscribers are billed on a recurring basis. Payments are processed through Stripe. Pro creators keep 100% of their subscription revenue; the Pro plan fee is separate from subscription earnings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish on Tastelys. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

Infringes on intellectual property rights
Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
Contains malware or harmful code
Promotes dangerous food practices
Is spam or misleading

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tastelys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
